The 354 on the south side offers excellent opportunities for running cattle or hunting. It has a carrying capacity of around 90 head and approximately 4 acres of water in the two strip pits alone. The deer camera was out for only three days capturing these pictures. The property's fence lines are cleared out but only has fencing on one side because the owner uses it for hay.

This parcel does have a pipeline, powerline, gas, and an easement to the water storage tanks owned by Oklahoma City. The easements make this parcel less desirable than the two but does not affect the quality of hunting it offers.
